60 minute treatment $130 and 45 minutes treatment $105 (prices include gst)
MASK use is optional within the clinic, though highly encouraged if anyone in a patients household is unwell.

Treatment is based on the needs of each individual patient. Initial examination will determine the course of treatments given. Techniques include Myofascial, fascial, trigger point release work and others.

I joined the Champlain Chiropractic Health Clinic as a new grad over 16 years ago. I have been building my practice since 2005. I currently work 3 days a week at the clinic sharing my room.
My practice is based on each individuals needs, however I do focus more on myofascial techniques, promoting movement, overall wellness and body awareness. I love my work and enjoy connecting the dots, so to say. Educating my patients is also very important to me. There is no such thing as a silly question.
When I am not at the clinic working with my patients I am enjoying my two young kids and partner. My newest endeavour is attending Capilano Unversity for an online nutrition course. I also look forward to annual traveling to sunny destinations.

*If you are a new patient of Lindsay’s, you will need to fill out an online Intake Form, even if you’ve been a patient within the clinic previously.
*Lindsay integrates various massage techniques, drawing upon her training at VCMT and her many years experience as a body worker/spa therapist. She strives to always learn more effective ways in treating the body and will cater the treatment to each individual’s needs. She has recently taken extra coursework in treating post-mastectomy conditions as well.
